After some short instruction with Scott Douglas as his instrument CFI, Jordan was signed off to take his Instrument Check-ride in Melbourne FL on Monday. His slotted time was 11:30am, but due to weather, he was delayed almost half the day. Finally around 2pm he started his oral exam and then on to the practical flight exam around 4:30pm. By the end of the day, he was exhausted but was able to fly back to Deland with his instructor with an IFR flight plan under his own credentials.
